RESERVATIONS ARE FOR AFTERNOON TEA ONLY
Please take note that we are only able to reserve tables for the afternoon tea service. If you'd like to join us for coffee, cake or a bite to eat from the in house menu, tables are on a first come first served basis, but by all means give our friendly team a call on 0115 981 2284 and we can give you an update on current availability.
CARD AUTHENTICATIONS
We put a huge amount of time and effort into making everything perfect for your afternoon tea, as a result we require a card authentication to be completed to a value of £10 per guest. This amount will only be taken from the card if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking start time or is a no show.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, simply use the cancellation button you will find in both the confirmation and reminder emails or call us at +44 1159812284
DELAYS
If you are running late! We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. For delays exceeding 15 minutes, please notify us in advance by calling +441159812284. Otherwise, the reservation will not be guaranteed.
Special requests
We will do our best to accommodate your special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating preferences. Please indicate your requests when making the reservation.
Large Groups & Private parties
For groups of 5 or more people, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable space and time for your booking.
