Booking Terms & Conditions


1. Booking Confirmation


Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email. For larger groups or private hire, a deposit may be required to secure the date.




2. Deposits


Where applicable, deposits are:




  • Non-refundable within 7 days of the booking date




  • Deducted from your final bill on the day




If your group size reduces significantly, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit.




3. Cancellations




  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking – no charge




  • Cancellations within 7 days – deposit retained




  • No-shows may incur a charge at our discretion




We understand plans change — please just keep us informed.




4. Arrival Times


Please arrive at your allocated booking time.
We will hold tables for 15 minutes unless otherwise agreed.


Late arrivals may result in a shortened booking time during busy periods.




5. Group Bookings


For larger groups:




  • Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior




  • Minimum spend may apply




  • A pre-order may be required for experiences or events






6. Private Hire


Private hire bookings may require:




  • A signed agreement




  • A deposit




  • Agreed minimum spend




Full payment is due on the day unless otherwise arranged.




7. Responsible Drinking


We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.




8. Damages


The booking organiser is responsible for any damage caused by members of their party.




9. Events & Experiences


Tickets for gin schools, tastings, or masterclasses are non-refundable but may be transferable with at least 48 hours’ notice.
