Booking a table at the play room requires card details for the reservation. Cancellation within 24 hours of booking will be charged £3.75 per child booked. Each change to the booking needs to be done 24 hours prior to the booking otherwise we might not be able to accomodate change and there may be further charges depending on changes.
Booking is held for 15 min after start time, unless we are informed about the late arrival in the comment section. After 15 minutes the booking will be treated as no show and will be charged cancellation fees based on booking numbers.

Children under 6 months old enter play room free of charge.
