Thank you for choosing Tried & True Putney Café! We’re excited to welcome you. Please take a moment to review our booking terms and conditions:

   Grace Period
   We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are running late for your reservation, we will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes from your booking time. After this period, we cannot guarantee your table and it may be reallocated to another guest.

   
   


2. 
   

   Booking Cancellations & Changes
   In case you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow us to accommodate other guests. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.

   Manager's Discretion
   The café reserves the right to refuse any booking at the discretion of the manager. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where the booking violates cafe policies, or in cases where the café is at full capacity or has other operational concerns.

   Respecting the Space
   We strive to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all of our guests. Please be mindful of other diners and the café staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in the refusal of service.

   Food & Drink Policy
   Outside food or drink is not permitted unless explicitly approved by management.

   Health and Safety
   For the safety of our customers and staff, we adhere to all local health regulations. Any changes to the cafe’s operations (such as social distancing requirements or mask mandates) will be communicated in advance.

   By making a reservation, you agree to provide necessary personal information (such as your name, contact information, and booking details) in order to complete the reservation process. This information will not be shared with third parties.
