Per offrirvi un ottimo servizio, per noi è importante sapere l'età dei bambini e se necessitano di un seggiolone o uno spazio per il passeggino/carrozzina. Da noi anche i vostri cani sono benvenuti però preferiamo essere avvisati (indicandoci anche la taglia) per potervi accomodare nel migliore dei modi. Cercheremo di assegnarvi un tavolo idoneo. In caso di maltempo le prenotazioni saranno da considerarsi cancellate, salvo accordi differenti. Avvisiamo che il nostro locale non è libero da barriere architettoniche, essendo una struttura dell'ottocento. Vi chiediamo di essere puntuali; dopo 15 minuti di ritardo la vostra prenotazione sarà cancellata. Per i prenotati del secondo turno (dopo le ore 20.15) vi preghiamo di NON presentarvi in anticipo e chiediamo la vostra comprensione se si dovesse verificare qualche minuto di ritardo da parte nostra. Vi informiamo inoltre che la vostra permanenza è garantita per 1 ora e 30 minuti - faremo sempre il possibile per consentire una permanenza superiore, ma in alcuni casi saremo costretti a chiedervi di rispettare le prenotazioni successive, certi della vostra comprensione.
We kindly ask you to mention in the notes the age of your children, if they need a high chair or if you need space for the stroller. Also please let us know if you need to bring your dog and what size it is. We will try to assign you a suitable table. In case of bad weather we cannot ensure indoor reservation for all the tables. We inform you that our place is not free of architectural barriers being a structure of the nineteenth century. Patrons are requested to be ON TIME for their booking, tables are held for 15 minutes. We also inform you that your stay is guaranteed for 1 hour and 30 minutes - we will always do our best to allow for a longer stay, but in some cases we will be forced to ask you to respect subsequent bookings, certain of your understanding.
