Thank you for booking with us. We look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing moment in Thyme.
Standard Dining
Tables are reserved for 75 minutes unless otherwise arranged. Walk ins are always welcome and we will always try to accommodate guests without a booking.
Afternoon Tea Bookings
Afternoon Tea is served from 2pm daily and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This allows our kitchen to prepare everything fresh for your visit.
Cancellations
Afternoon Tea bookings may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Unfortunately cancellations made within 24 hours cannot be refunded as preparations will already be underway.
Late Arrivals
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your booking time. If you are running late please contact the restaurant and we will do our best to assist.
Group Bookings & Celebrations
If you are celebrating a birthday, special occasion or booking for a larger group, please let us know when reserving your table so we can help make your visit extra special.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking or speak to a member of our team on arrival.
