Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made via Tabelo for venue hire, area hire, table reservations, and drinks packages are non-refundable.
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. Once payment is made, the booking is confirmed, and no refunds will be issued.
Date Changes: Although cancellations are not allowed, we are happy to assist with date changes once payment has been received, subject to availability.
