1. Reservation Timing
Reservations are held for 15 minutes from the booked time. Late arrivals beyond this grace period may result in forfeiture of your table.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.
2. Group Size
For groups of 6 or more, a minimum spend or deposit may be required. Please contact us for details.
We reserve the right to split large groups across multiple tables if needed.
3. Minimum Spend & Show Tickets
Some reservations, especially those linked to The Magic Bar shows will be subject to ticket purchase.
4. Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit (if applicable).
5. Seating Preferences
While we do our best to accommodate seating requests, specific table locations are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to seat you at the non-performance area when The Magic Bar shows are happening
6. Behaviour & Dress Code
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to guests who are intoxicated, dressed inappropriately, or behaving in a disruptive manner.
8. Children & Age Limit
This venue is a cocktail bar and show space. We maintain a minimum age of 6 years for evening bookings unless otherwise stated. Only non-alcholic drinks will be served to minors.
9. Changes to Terms
The Magic Bar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
