We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured and we kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact us on 01248 209223 and our team will be happy to help.
Please make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.
For reservations of up to 2 guests, we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10 per pereson fee.
For reservations of 3 or more, we require a deposit of £10 per person at the time of booking. We ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically forfeit their deposit.
Please contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 20 minutes and will release it for other bookings if we have not been contacted.
Reservations for tables with dogs must be made via telephone to 01248 209223. If you have booked a table online and wish to bring dogs you must confirm by telephone. We allow a maximum of two clean, quiet, well behaved dogs per table in our Bar, Bay and Patio areas. Dogs are not allowed in our Restaurant area. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who 1. brings more than two dogs per table and 2. brings a dog to a table reservation in our restaurant and 3. brings a dog that is moulting or is in otherways unclean and in all circumstances we reserve the right to charge £10 per person booking or to retain any deposit paid.
