By placing a booking using our online system or by booking via email, you agree to the terms detailed on our website.
By placing a booking, I understand that, at the discretion of the Café at Port Waterhouse, I may be charged £15pp for a no-show. For the sake of this policy, a no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a booking, arriving more than 15 minutes late or cancelling within 24 hours.
I agree that if the size of my party on the day is smaller than what has been booked, the Café at Port Waterhouse team reserves the right to charge £15pp for any persons not in attendance but who had originally been included in the reservation.
I understand that a reservation booked for outside will be seated outside unless there is heavy rain forecast, in which case the table will be moved inside. If tables are free inside, then of course you are welcome to move inside, however this may not be possible on busy days.
If coming by boat, I agree that I have read the information on parking my boat and understand where to park and the maximum vessel sizes. I understand that all boats are left at my own risk.
