All bookings must be made in advance via our booking system or directly with the café.
Bookings are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this, the table may be released.
For larger bookings or private hire, a deposit may be required to secure the date.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is given.
Deposit amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit.
For private events, cancellation terms may vary and will be agreed in advance.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your booking.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
While we do our best to accommodate all needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
We ask all guests to respect our staff, space, and other customers.
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a booking if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
Final bills are payable on the day unless otherwise agreed.
We accept card and cash payments.
Children must be supervised at all times.
If you’re visiting us, please note that parking is limited on site, especially when we are fully booked.
We kindly ask that you do not park in the neighbouring businesses’ parking spaces.
Please respect our neighbours at all times.
We recommend using the Heol Yr Orsaf car park, located opposite the Pipeworks Bar and Community Centre.
It’s just a five-minute walk from the café.
