Please read our full terms and conditions below carefully. These Terms and Conditions apply to all online bookings made for No Monkey Business. By making a reservation through our website or third-party booking platforms, you agree to the terms listed below.


 


Booking Confirmation


Confirmation Email: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.


Check Spam: If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at 01768785666.


 


No Deposit Required


We want to make dining with us as accessible and easy as possible. Therefore:


No Upfront Payment: We do not require a deposit or credit card authorisation to secure your booking.


Fair Usage: Because we do not take a deposit, we rely on the courtesy of our guests to honor their booking. If you cannot make it, please let us know so we can offer the table to other guests.


 


Cancellations and Amendments


Notification: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation (e.g., change the number of guests), please do so at least 24 hours in advance.


How to Cancel: You can cancel via the link in your confirmation email or by calling us directly.


Repeat No-Shows: While we do not charge for missed bookings, No Monkey Business reserves the right to decline future online reservations from guests who repeatedly fail to honor bookings without notice.


 


Late Arrivals


Holding Time: We hold tables for a maximum of 10 minutes past your scheduled booking time.


Release of Table: If your party has not arrived by this time, and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to release the table to walk-in guests.


Partial Parties: Please ensure your entire party arrives on time. We may not be able to seat your group until everyone has arrived.


 


Table Duration


To ensure all guests have the opportunity to dine with us, table reservations are allocated for a specific time period based on party size:


Parties of 1-4: 1.5 hours


Parties of 5 or more: 2 hours (parties of this size can only be booked via telephone).


If you require the table for longer, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


 


Dietary Requirements and Allergies


Notification: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in the "Allergies or Intolerences" box when booking and re-confirm with your server upon arrival.


Cross-Contamination: While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles wheat, nuts, dairy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee an environment completely free of allergens.


No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free from traces of allergens. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should exercise their own judgment.


 


Large Parties and Special Requests


Group Size: Online bookings are available for parties of up to 4 guests. For larger groups, please contact our team directly via phone.


Seating Requests: While we try to accommodate requests for specific tables (e.g., by the window), these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


 


Right of Admission


Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves in an abusive, threatening, or aggressive manner toward our staff or other guests.


Sobriety: In accordance with licensing laws, we reserve the right to refuse service to guests who appear heavily intoxicated.


 


Privacy and Data


Data Usage: Your personal data (name, email, phone number) is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and, if you have opted-in, for marketing communications.


Third Parties: We do not sell your data to third parties.
