Chef Nathaniel “NattyCanCook” Mortley brings his signature Caribbean cooking to Accra for a limited residency at Array Restaurant from 2nd–10th January 2027.
Across the residency, guests can experience Natty’s food through a series of special events and services, bringing together bold Caribbean flavours, familiar favourites and dishes created especially for Ghana.
RESIDENCY DATES
2 January — Bottomless Brunch
Two courses with 90 minutes of bottomless Rum Punch & Prosecco. £65 (approx. $85 USD) per person.
3 January — Sunday Service
Natty’s Caribbean take on the traditional Sunday roast.
6–8 January — À La Carte Dinner service
from 6pm–10pm, featuring a specially curated NattyCanCook menu.
9 January — NattyCanCook x Chef Abby Supper Club
An intimate six-course tasting menu, featuring three Caribbean dishes from Natty and three Ghanaian dishes from Chef Abby. £55 (approx. $70 USD) per person
Spaces throughout the residency are limited. Bottomless Brunch and the Supper Club are ticketed experiences, while À La Carte and Sunday Roast are available to reserve in advance.
