We’re excited to welcome you! Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth and relaxing experience.

📅 Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made online with full payment required at the time of booking. 💳
Sunbeds are automatically assigned to you once your booking is confirmed. 🏖️
The latest time to book is 08:00 PM the day before your reservation. ⏳

⏰ Arrival & Timing

Bookings are available Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. 🕗
Please arrive on time! ⏳ A 15-minute grace period applies—if you arrive 15 minutes or later, your reservation and payment will be forfeited. ❌

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refundable.

💰 Pricing & Food Credit

The cost per person is €20. 💶
You’ll also receive €10 in food credit 🍽️ to use in the designated areas from the Bistro menu.
