Dining policy

Booking duration is for 2 hours. If the guests are late, the 2 hour booking duration is valid from the booking time. Table seating might differ depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate all our guests at the requested time, but we cannot guarantee immediate seating.

Kindly note due to safety measures, we are not able to provide space for pushchairs on Friday evenings. Highchairs are not provided under any circumstances. All seating requests will be taken into consideration, but we cannot guarantee that your request will be available. Booking policy Booking duration is for 2 hours. We have a 20-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 20 minutes after your booked time. If you are 20 minutes late your reservation will be cancelled automatically by our system.

We may contact you regarding your booking, it is your responsibility to ensures your email and phone number are up to date.

Kindly note that Customers booking or walk-ins for teas, coffees and dessert are in our outside seating area. It's only up to the management discretion to decide otherwise.

Cancelation policy

Cancelation must be done 6 hours before your booking is due. Failing to do so your will be listed as no show on our system. Pet policy We accept reservations with pets only in our outside area.

Parking policy
