Terms

By making an online reservation at Mazal, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions.

1. Reservations

  • All online reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a booking confirmation has been received.

  • Card details are required to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

  • We do not operate a minimum spend or fixed dining time for standard reservations.

  • While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, specific tables or seating preferences cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.

  • Standard bookings (10 guests or fewer): Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the booking time.

  • Large bookings (more than 10 guests): Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the booking time.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the reservation, or cancellations made without notice, may incur a £10 charge per person.

  • For large bookings of more than 10 guests, cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation, or cancellations made without notice, may incur a £10 charge per person.

  • For large bookings, the £10 per-person charge may apply where a significant number of the booked guests do not attend or the booking is substantially reduced without sufficient notice.

  • By providing card details, you authorise Mazal to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with these terms.

3. Late Arrival

Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your booked reservation time.

If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Where you have contacted the restaurant to let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we reserve the right to release your table and treat the reservation as a no-show.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform a member of staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering food.

While we take allergies seriously and will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and cross-contamination is a risk. We therefore cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens or that cross-contamination will not occur.

Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should speak to a member of staff before placing their order so that we can advise them appropriately.

5. Changes to Reservations

If you need to change the date, time or number of guests on your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation where appropriate.

6. Restaurant Discretion

Mazal reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances, including circumstances relating to restaurant operations, health and safety, licensing requirements or other matters outside of our reasonable control.

Where we cancel a reservation ourselves, no cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the guest.

7. Guest Conduct

We want Mazal to be an enjoyable environment for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave where behaviour is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate towards our staff or other guests.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making an online reservation and providing your card details, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policy.

Mazal reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your reservation will be those in place at the time your booking is made.
