By booking a table with us, you agree to the following terms. Tables are held for a maximum of 1 hour 45 minutes, and last entry to the restaurant is 45 minutes before closing time, with food cleared away 15 minutes before closing, so please plan your visit and arrive on time.
The buffet is charged at one set price per person depending on the day and session (weekday lunch, weekday evening, Saturday, or Sunday/holidays), and this does not include drinks. Children are classed as under 12 and under 150cm in height, with children under 3 dining at a reduced rate. Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking is strongly recommended for large groups and for weekends or bank holidays to avoid disappointment.
If your booking is for a birthday offer, please note it is valid only on the day of the birthday, requires a minimum of two paying adults per table, and valid photo ID showing date of birth must be presented on arrival. The table must be booked at least one day in advance, and the offer applies to the Grand Buffet only and is not available at lunchtime.
We offer a selection of dishes prepared without common allergens each day, along with halal chicken, beef and lamb; however, due to the self-service nature of the buffet, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination, so guests with specific dietary needs should speak to a member of staff on arrival. Free parking is available at Palace Grounds Retail Park for up to 3 hours and is clearly signposted, though Marble Buffet Hamilton is not responsible for any parking fines incurred. Our soft play area is open during normal restaurant hours and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The restaurant is fully accessible across both floors via lift, with accessible restroom facilities on each floor.
