George Attard is a Maltese chef originally from Gozo, with a high-profile culinary career both locally and internationally. He has developed his skills working in prestigious 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, including "The Kitchin" in Edinburgh and "Cail Bruich" in Glasgow, where he helped secure a Michelin star. In Malta, he worked at Bahia restaurant, holding its Michelin star for two years in a row.
Previously the Sous-Chef at Fernandõ Gastrotheque, George is known for his dedication to culinary excellence. From 2025, he will become the Head Chef at Level Nine restaurant in Gozo, bringing his experience and passion for fine dining to this new gastronomic venture.
