All table bookings are for the basement area only. We do not take reservations for any other area of the venue.
Tables are allocated at random unless a specific request is made in the requirements section at the time of booking. While we will try to accommodate requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by John Gordons Cheltenham.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion if necessary.
Tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes after the booked time. If you have not arrived within this period, we reserve the right to release the table and cannot guarantee availability thereafter.
Decorations such as confetti or banners are not permitted anywhere in the venue, including the basement area.
By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms and with any reasonable requests made by our staff on the day.
