Booking Terms & Dining Policy


 


Advance Bookings


• We do not accept bookings made within 30 minutes of your intended dining time.


 


Table Durations


• Up to 8 guests: tables are allocated for 1 hour 30 minutes.


• 9–10 guests: tables are allocated for 2 hours.


• 11 guests and over: tables are allocated for 2 hours 30 minutes.


 


Please be mindful of your allocated time, especially during busy services.


 


Children & Families


• All children must be included in the booking numbers, including those requiring a high chair or sitting on a lap.


• We are a pub with an evening-led service, so please consider this when attending with children.


 


Sunday Dining


• Sundays operate on a bookings-only basis.


 


Cancellations & No-Shows


• If you are unable to attend your booking, please contact the venue as soon as possible to let us know.


 


Allergies & Dietary Requirements


• Please notify us in advance of your visit of any allergies, dietary requirements, or requests for adaptations so we can prepare accordingly.


• Our kitchen works to high EHO standards and takes all reasonable steps to prepare food safely.


• Please note that our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, shellfish, and dairy. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.


• If you have a severe or airborne allergy, it is essential that you contact us before booking so we can advise whether we can safely accommodate your visit.


 


Accessibility


• All dining areas are located on the ground floor.


• Access is possible via standard-width doors; however, wheelchair access may be restricted or challenging.


 


Right to Refuse Service


• Management reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate.


 


Payments


• We are a card-only venue.


• Cash payments are not accepted.
