Restaurant Gozar – Erpe-Mere
1.1 Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle online reservaties bij Restaurant Gozar die via het boekingsplatform Tableo verlopen.
1.2 Door het plaatsen van een reservering via Tableo, gaat de klant akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
2.1 Reserveringen kunnen enkel gemaakt worden via het platform Tableo (website of app).
2.2 De reservering is pas definitief na ontvangst van een bevestiging via Tableo.
2.3 Wij adviseren om uw reservering minimaal 24 uur vooraf te maken.
3.1 Alle communicatie omtrent uw reservering verloopt via het platform Tableo (berichten, wijzigingen, annuleringen).
3.2 Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk om via Tableo contact op te nemen bij wijzigingen of annuleringen.
4.1 Wij vragen u vriendelijk om wijzigingen of annuleringen minstens 8 uur voor de geplande reservatie via Tableo door te geven.
4.2 Indien u uw reservering binnen minder dan 8 uur annuleert of niet verschijnt zonder annulering (‘no-show’), behouden wij ons het recht voor een vergoeding van €25 per gereserveerde persoon aan te rekenen.
4.3 Deze vergoeding helpt ons om beter te plannen en onaangename verrassingen te vermijden. Alvast bedankt voor uw begrip!
5.1 Het doorgegeven aantal personen bij reservering is bindend. Wij vragen vriendelijk om wijzigingen tijdig via Tableo door te geven.
5.2 Bij aankomst kan het aantal personen niet zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden verminderd. Bij een hoger aantal personen kunnen wij niet altijd garanderen dat er extra plaatsen beschikbaar zijn.
6.1 Speciale dieetwensen of allergieën kunnen via Tableo worden aangegeven. Wij doen ons best hier rekening mee te houden, maar kunnen dit niet altijd garanderen.
7.1 Uw persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt conform het privacybeleid van Tableo en Restaurant Gozar. Uw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het afhandelen van uw reservering.
8.1 Restaurant Gozar is niet aansprakelijk voor schade ontstaan door het niet verschijnen op de reservering zonder tijdige annulering.

1.2 En effectuant une réservation via Tableo, le client accepte ces conditions.
2.1 Les réservations ne peuvent être faites que via la plateforme Tableo (site web ou application).
2.2 La réservation est confirmée uniquement après réception d’une confirmation via Tableo.
2.3 Nous recommandons de faire votre réservation au moins 24 heures à l’avance.
3.1 Toute communication concernant votre réservation se fait via la plateforme Tableo (messages, modifications, annulations).
3.2 Nous vous prions de bien vouloir utiliser Tableo pour toute modification ou annulation.
4.1 Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nous informer de toute modification ou annulation au moins 8 heures avant la réservation via Tableo.
4.2 En cas d’annulation dans un délai inférieur à 8 heures ou de non-présentation sans annulation préalable (« no-show »), nous nous réservons le droit de facturer des frais de 25 € par personne réservée

5.1 Le nombre de personnes indiqué lors de la réservation est contraignant. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous informer à temps via Tableo de toute modification.
5.2 À l’arrivée, le nombre de personnes ne peut pas être réduit sans notification préalable. En cas d’augmentation du nombre de personnes, nous ne pouvons pas toujours garantir la disponibilité de places supplémentaires.
6.1 Les régimes alimentaires particuliers ou allergies peuvent être indiqués via Tableo. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour en tenir compte, sans toutefois pouvoir le garantir à 100 %.
7.1 Vos données personnelles sont traitées conformément à la politique de confidentialité de Tableo et du Restaurant Gozar. Elles sont utilisées uniquement pour la gestion de votre réservation.
8.1 Le Restaurant Gozar décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages causés par une non-présentation sans annulation préalable.
Booking Terms and Conditions for Online Reservations

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all online reservations made at Restaurant Gozar through the Tableo booking platform.
1.2 By placing a reservation via Tableo, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservations
2.1 Reservations can only be made via the Tableo platform (website or app).
2.2 A reservation is only final upon receipt of a confirmation via Tableo.
2.3 We recommend making your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Communication
3.1 All communication regarding your reservation takes place through the Tableo platform (messages, changes, cancellations).
3.2 We kindly ask that you contact us via Tableo for any changes or cancellations.
4. Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 8 hours before the scheduled reservation time via Tableo.
4.2 If you cancel less than 8 hours in advance or fail to show up without cancelling (‘no-show’), we reserve the right to charge a fee of €25 per reserved person.
4.3 This fee helps us plan more effectively and avoid unpleasant surprises. Thank you for your understanding!
5. Number of Guests
5.1 The number of guests specified when making the reservation is binding. We kindly ask you to inform us of any changes in advance via Tableo.
5.2 Upon arrival, the number of guests cannot be reduced without prior notice. If more guests than initially reserved arrive, we cannot guarantee that additional seats will be available.
6. Special Requests
6.1 Special dietary needs or allergies can be indicated via Tableo. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot always guarantee it.
7. Privacy
7.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of both Tableo and Restaurant Gozar. Your data will be used solely for handling your reservation.
8. Liability
8.1 Restaurant Gozar is not liable for any damages resulting from a failure to appear for your reservation without timely cancellation.
