Dinner Sittings & Arrival
- Weds-Sat Dinner Sittings: We host two primary dinner sittings from Wednesday to Saturday: 6:00PM and 7:00PM.
- Sun-Tues Dinner Sittings: Sunday to Tuesday dinner services are bookable in half-hour intervals (limited menu, available on our Facebook page).
- Lateness: We hold reservations for a 15-minute grace period. Beyond this, your booking may be forfeited or your booking may be placed on a waitlist.

Ordering & Service
- Bistro Orders: To ensure your meals are served promptly, please review the menu and place your order at the bistro bar within 15 minutes of your reservation time or arrival.
- Open Tickets/Tabs: You are welcome to open tickets/tabs for both drinks and meals. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of opening. Please note that open tickets/tabs cannot be invoiced out for later payment (though, we can provide a printed copy of the bill); if you require an official invoice sent via email, please communicate this ahead of time.
