Booking Terms and Conditions for El Dionis Westminster

1. Booking Confirmation:
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of your booking.


2. Cancellation Policy:



  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of £10 per person.

  • For groups of 20 or more, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £5 per person.


3. Arrival Time:
Please arrive at the restaurant at the time specified in your booking. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If you arrive later than this, we may not be able to hold your table and may need to release it to other guests.


4. Group Bookings:
For parties of 20 or more, please contact us directly to discuss your reservation. A pre-order may be required, and a deposit may be necessary to secure the booking.


5. Dietary Requirements:
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us at the time of booking to ensure we can provide suitable options.


6. Changes to Reservations:
If you need to modify your booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee changes to the seating arrangement.


7. Special Requests:
If you have any special requests (e.g., birthday celebrations, high chairs), please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


8. Liability:
El Dionis Westminster is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.


9. Amendments to Terms:
El Dionis Westminster reserves the right to amend these booking terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
