All reservations made through our website or Reserve with Google will be confirmed via email and/or SMS using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
Our booking platform (Tableo) requires credit card verification via Stripe (our trusted payment provider partner) to secure your reservation.
You will have 2 hours from making a reservation to provide your card details. After this time, the system will automatically cancel your booking if your credit card details have not been provided.
If cancelled, you’ll need to make a new booking should you still wish to join us.
No payment is taken at the time of booking, unless:
You cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time, or
You do not attend your reservation (“no-show”)
In either case, a £25 per person charge will apply.
For bookings of 8 or more guests, please contact us directly. A deposit may be required to secure larger group reservations.
We offer a 15-minute grace period from your reservation time. After this, we reserve the right to release your table to other guests, and your booking will be treated as a no-show, with the applicable charge.
We operate an Over-25 alcohol policy and may request valid photo ID at any time.
By law, no one under the age of 18 may purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol.
To purchase or collect alcohol, we accept the following forms of identification:
A Valid Passport, Photographic Driver’s Licence or a PASS-accredited ID
To ensure we provide the best level of care for you and your guests, we kindly request that you notify us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.
Please note:
Our kitchen is small and uses a variety of allergens.
While we take allergies seriously, we cannot guarantee any dish will be completely allergen-free.
There is always a possibility of trace allergens in our food.
