1.1. Reservations can be made online through our booking system or by phone.
1.2. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful reservation. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
1.3. Walk-in guests are welcome but subject to table availability.
2.1. Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the reserved time. If you arrive late without prior notice, your table may be given to another guest.
2.2. If you expect to be late, kindly inform us in advance so we can try to accommodate your arrival.
2.3. The dining duration is limited to 90 minutes per reservation unless otherwise stated.
3.1. For reservations of 6 guests or more, a deposit may be required. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill.
3.2. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit forfeiture or a penalty charge.
3.3. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as government regulations or emergencies.
4.1. We do our best to accommodate special seating requests (e.g., window seats, private rooms), but these are subject to availability.
4.2. For dietary restrictions or allergies, kindly inform us at the time of booking. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free meal.
5.1. Large group reservations (10+ guests) or private events require advance booking and may be subject to a pre-set menu or minimum spend.
5.2. A 50% deposit may be required for private events.
6.1. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for birthday cakes with prior approval. A cake-cutting fee may apply.
6.2. Guests bringing their own wine or sake may be subject to a corkage fee.
7.1. We kindly ask guests to respect other diners and our staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.
7.2. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the restaurant.
8.1. Edoya Japanese Restaurant is not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or government-mandated restrictions.
