DERRIL ONLINE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a reservation with Derril, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions:
Dining Duration
All online reservations are allocated a dining time of 90 minutes to ensure all guests can be accommodated comfortably.
If you require a longer dining duration for your booking, please contact the Derril directly prior to making your reservation at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Arrival Time & Table Hold Policy
We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time for their reservation.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. If you have not arrived within this period and have not contacted us, your reservation may be released to other guests.
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your reservation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
Bookings that result in a no-show, or are cancelled without sufficient notice, are subject to a $20 per person cancellation fee.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to guest numbers, reservation times, or special requests should be communicated directly as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
