Due to the volume of booking requests we recieve on a weekly basis, bookings will not be accepted until the Friday evening before the scheduled event.
At this time bookings from members that did not game the week prior will be prioritised to keep an even and fair playing field for all members.
Please ensure that if you are putting a booking in you fill in all sections on the form as incomplete bookings will be placed to the back of the waiting list.
We do understand that from time to time things come up that stop you from attending the event in question, all we ask is that you please cancel your booking to allow us time to reallocate to those on the waiting list. We do have a deadline for cancellations on the booking system if this time has pasted please contact us directly.
Finally, bookings made and not attended with no prior contact will be marked as a "no show" and could impoact your ability to book tables in the future.
