By making a reservation at Coogi’s Pizzeria & Bistrot, you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.

Reservations & Walk-Ins

We accept reservations only for guests dining with us. If you are not planning to eat but would like to enjoy a drink or a coffee and cake, you are always welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

We allow bookings an allocated time of 2 hours from the time of your reservation. If you wish to stay longer, please give us a call. We would also respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Where this is not the case, the time that you are seated will depend entirely on availability. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without notice, you may lose your table to another group. Reservations guarantee a seat in the area you requested, but do not guarantee a specific table. If you wish to book a particular table, please give us a call.

If you wish to cancel your reservation one or more days in advance, please send us an email, SMS, or social network message. If you need to cancel on short notice, please give us a call at +35627134633.

Accessibility

Due to several steps at the entrance, our restaurant is not fully wheelchair accessible. However, our team is more than happy to assist in lifting wheelchairs to enter the premises (2 steps). Please note that our toilets are not wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific accessibility needs, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Children

We are happy to welcome well-behaved children who remain seated at the table and do not run around the restaurant for the safety and comfort of all guests. We have three highchairs available for little ones—please let us know in advance if you need one!

Pets

We love animals, but to keep everyone comfortable, pets aren’t allowed inside the restaurant. Of course, service dogs assisting individuals with visual impairments are always welcome. If you’re dining with your furry friend, feel free to relax in our outdoor seating area! 

No-Show Policy

To secure your reservation, we may request your card details. No charges will be applied at the time of booking, but in the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee may be charged.

• You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.


• For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation or in case of a no-show, your card will be charged 5 EUR per person.


• We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. For short-notice cancellations, please call us directly at +35627134633.

Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. However, we provide an ashtray just outside the restaurant.
