Terms

By making a reservation through our online booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking Confirmation


• Your booking will be confirmed via email once the reservation has been successfully submitted.


• Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking.


2. Arrival & Service Time 


• We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for 15 minutes; after this time, it may be released if we have not been informed of a delay.


Breakfast is served till 12pm daily, lunch is served till 2:30pm weekdays and 3pm weekends. Cakes, Coffee & Ice Cream is served till 4pm daily.


3. Group Bookings


• For bookings of 6 or more guests, we may require a deposit or pre-order. We will contact you if this applies to your booking.


4. Cancellations and Changes


• If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us directly.


• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit, if taken.


5. Special Requests


• If you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or specific seating requests, please include these in the booking notes or contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee all requests.


6. Booking Duration


• We may allocate a set amount of time for your booking (e.g. 90 minutes) during peak periods to allow fair access to all guests.


7. Children and Accessibility


 • Children are more than welcome, but please let us know if you need space for a pram or high chair in the special requests section.


8. Special Events and Promotions


• Special promotions, set menus, and events may have their own specific terms. These will be detailed at the time of booking.


9. Privacy


• Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purposes of managing your reservation and will not be shared or sold.
