Please read our terms and conditions carefully before arriving for your booking.
Deposit: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Balance: The remaining balance of your Afternoon Tea will be payable on the day of your visit.
Non-Refundable Policy: All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While the deposit is lost, we may (at our discretion and subject to availability) allow you to move your booking to a new date if more than 48 hours' notice is given.
Reduction in Numbers: If your party size decreases, the deposit for the missing guests cannot be used against the final bill or transferred to other items.
We want everyone to enjoy their experience, but please note the following:
Advance Notice: All dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before your booking.
Cross-Contamination: While we follow strict food hygiene practices and do our absolute best to cater to specific requirements, our kitchen handles ingredients containing nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% free from traces of allergens. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should exercise their own judgment.
Please arrive promptly for your sitting. If you are running late, please call us. Your booking duration will be a maximum of 90 minutes.
We reserve the right to release your table if you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, in which case your deposit will be forfeited.
