1. Introduction
Welcome to Café del Mar Malta. We are pleased to offer you our reservation services. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Reservation Confirmation
- 2.1. All reservations are subject to availability.
- 2.2. A reservation is only confirmed once you enter your credit card details and receive a confirmation email or message from us.
- 2.3. Credit card details must be entered within 2 hours to confirm the reservation.
- 2.4. Please check all details in the confirmation email to ensure accuracy. Contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3. Credit Card Policy
- 3.1. Credit card details are required to secure your reservation and will be kept on record in case of no-shows or late cancellations.
- 3.2. No charges will be made to your card at the time of booking.

4. Arrival Time
- 4.1. Please arrive at the restaurant on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- 4.2. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your table will be held beyond this period.

5. Cancellation Policy
- 5.1. In the event that a booking is not honoured in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or is changed or cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice, a fee of €15 per person will be charged to the card provided.

6. No-Show Policy
- 6.1. A no-show occurs when a reservation is not honoured and no prior notice is given.
- 6.2. No-shows will incur a fee of €15 per person, charged to the credit card on record.

7. Group Reservations
- 7.1. Group reservations (6 or more people) may require additional confirmation. Please contact us directly for group bookings.
- 7.2. Final numbers and menu choices must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the reservation time.

8. Special Requests
- 8.1. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, seating preferences), but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
- 8.2. Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking.

9. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
- 9.1. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
- 9.2. While we strive to accommodate all dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

10. Conduct
- 10.1. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
- 10.2. Guests are expected to respect other diners and restaurant staff at all times.

11. Payment
- 11.1. Payment for the meal is required at the end of your dining experience unless pre-arranged otherwise.
- 11.2. For group reservations, a single bill will be provided unless otherwise requested in advance.
- 11.3. Restaurant bills do not include tips. Gratuities are at your discretion.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- 12.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
