Café Ciel – Reservation Terms & Conditions
All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our team or through our booking platform.
While we are delighted to offer outdoor seating on our terrace, please note that:
- Terrace reservations are weather dependent
- We may reallocate your booking indoors if weather or operational needs require
- Requests for specific tables or areas will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed
Standard dining time is 1 hour 30 minutes for tables of 1–2 guests, and up to 2 hours for larger parties, unless otherwise agreed.
We kindly ask you to arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time before being released. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of £20pp.
For parties of 6 or more, a credit card may be required to secure the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will always do our best to accommodate.
