Bottles Wine Bar – Table Booking Terms and Conditions (UK)
By making a reservation at Bottles Wine Bar, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
Legal Drinking Age: All guests consuming alcohol must be aged 18 years or older in accordance with UK law.
ID Requirement: Bottles Wine Bar operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo identification (passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-accredited ID).
Underage Guests: Guests under 18 may be permitted entry before 9pm, only when accompanied by a responsible adult. They will not be served alcohol.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, cannot provide valid ID, or attempts to purchase alcohol for underage individuals.
Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time, after which they may be released.
Group Bookings: For bookings of 8 or more, a deposit or pre-order may be required. Please contact us for details.
Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a booking without notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Bottles Wine Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or request any individual to leave for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food and drink.
During busy periods, table bookings may be subject to a 2-hour time limit. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Bottles Wine Bar reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website or by request.
