Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is successfully made.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your booking. We kindly ask for prompt arrival to ensure smooth service.
Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time unless prior notice is given.
Group Bookings
For bookings of 6 or more, a deposit may be required.
Group bookings may be subject to a set menu or minimum spend during busy periods.
Cancellations & Amendments
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in loss of deposit (if applicable).
Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking or upon arrival.
We do our best to accommodate all requests, but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Special Requests

Public Holidays & Peak Times
Certain offers, including the Midweek Special, are not valid on public holidays or during special events.
Right of Refusal
Bengal Brasserie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking in the event of inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.
