Bengal Brasserie Table Booking – Terms & Conditions




  1. Booking Confirmation




    • All reservations are subject to availability.




    • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is successfully made.






  2. Arrival Time




    • Please arrive on time for your booking. We kindly ask for prompt arrival to ensure smooth service.




    • Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time unless prior notice is given.






  3. Group Bookings




    • For bookings of 6 or more, a deposit may be required.




    • Group bookings may be subject to a set menu or minimum spend during busy periods.






  4. Cancellations & Amendments




    • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.




    • Cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in loss of deposit (if applicable).






  5. Dietary Requirements




    • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking or upon arrival.




    • We do our best to accommodate all requests, but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.






  6. Special Requests




    • We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., seating preferences), but they cannot be guaranteed.






  7. Public Holidays & Peak Times




    • Certain offers, including the Midweek Special, are not valid on public holidays or during special events.






  8. Right of Refusal




    • Bengal Brasserie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking in the event of inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.
