Reservation Policy


1. General Reservations




  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Auris Restaurant & Lounge.




  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via approved messaging platforms.




  • Guests are advised to arrive on time to ensure their table is held.




2. Arrival & Grace Period




  • Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the reservation time.




  • After this grace period, Auris reserves the right to release the table without notice.




3. Dining Time Slots




  • Standard reservations are allocated a 2-hour dining time slot from the confirmed booking time, particularly during peak periods.




  • Extensions are subject to availability and management discretion.




4. VIP Table Reservations




  • VIP tables are reserved for guests seeking an enhanced lounge and dining experience.




  • Alcohol purchase is expected as part of the VIP experience.




  • Where no alcohol is purchased, a £40 table charge per VIP table will apply.




  • The £40 charge:




    • Is non-refundable




    • May be taken in advance or added to the final bill




    • Will be waived if alcoholic beverages are purchased






5. Deposits




  • Certain bookings (including VIP tables, large groups, weekends, or special events) may require a deposit to secure the reservation.




  • Deposits are deducted from the final bill unless stated otherwise.




  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.




6. Cancellations & No-Shows




  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.




  • Late cancellations or failure to attend a confirmed reservation may result in:




    • Loss of deposit




    • A cancellation or no-show charge at management discretion






7. Group Bookings




  • Group bookings may be subject to:




    • Set menus




    • Minimum spend requirements




    • Advance confirmation of guest numbers






  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the reservation.




8. Special Events & Peak Periods




  • Different terms may apply during:




    • Fridays & Saturdays




    • Public holidays




    • Special events or themed nights






  • These will be communicated at the time of booking.




9. Behaviour & Conduct




  • Auris Restaurant & Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or end a reservation where guest behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.




  • No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.




10. Management Rights


Auris Restaurant & Lounge reserves the right to:




  • Amend this reservation policy at any time




  • Refuse or cancel bookings that do not comply with these terms




  • Make reasonable adjustments to seating and timing where necessary
