The Ashburn Inn Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing The Ashburn Inn! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

Bookings:

• Bookings can be made via phone, online or in person at the pub.


• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation or no-show as detailed below.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking time will incur a charge of £10 per person. This charge will be automatically processed against the card provided at the time of booking.


• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking time will not incur any charges.

No-Shows:

• If you fail to attend your booking without prior notification, a charge of £10 per person will be automatically processed against the card provided at the time of booking.

Amendments:

• We are happy to accommodate amendments to your booking where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking details.

Liability:

• The Ashburn Inn accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred by guests, except where caused by our negligence.

Data Protection:

• We will only use your personal data, including your card details, for the purpose of processing your booking and in accordance with our privacy policy (available upon request).

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
