• In the event of a no-show, the downpayment shall be forfeited and is non-refundable.
• Downpayments are non-refundable but may be applied to one (1) rescheduled reservation, subject to notice.
• For rescheduling requests, please contact +63 991 318 1281 at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed reservation date.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the reservation may result in forfeiture of the downpayment.
• By proceeding with the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these booking terms.
