ANIMA Rooftop – Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Reservations can be made online for up to 6 guests.
For groups of 7 or more, please submit a request through our booking system, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Arrival
Your table (or sunbed) will be held for 20 minutes after your scheduled reservation time.
After this grace period, the reservation may be released to other guests.
Seating & Areas
Guests may reserve an area (Pool, Restaurant, or Lounge), but specific tables, sunbeds, or exact locations cannot be guaranteed although we will do our best to accommodate your request. Seating is allocated by our team based on availability and operational requirements.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome until 23:00 and must remain under adult supervision at all times.
For the Pool Experience, children up to 13 years old enjoy complimentary entry when sharing a sunbed with their parents/guardians.
A full charge applies if a separate sunbed is required.
Guests aged 14 and above are charged the standard admission fee.
Dress Code – Restaurant & Lounge
Smart/Elegant attire is required.
Sportswear, beachwear, flip flops, and overly casual clothing are not permitted.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the dress code is not respected.
Pool Area Closing Time
The pool closes at 17:00 (5:00 PM).
Guests must vacate the pool area by this time to comply with operating hours.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No shows may be subject to a fee or may affect future booking privileges.
Behaviour & Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
Management reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
Outside Food & Drinks
Outside food, beverages, or alcohol are not permitted within the venue.
Payments
ANIMA Rooftop accepts major payment methods and cash.
A deposit may be required for large groups or special events.
Weather Policy
In case of adverse weather, ANIMA Rooftop may relocate, reschedule, or cancel outdoor reservations.
Weather related decisions are made solely by management for guest safety.
