Mums svarbu, kad jūsų apsilankymas būtų sklandus ir malonus, todėl kviečiame susipažinti su mūsų rezervacijos taisyklėmis, kurios padės užtikrinti geriausią patirtį tiek jums, tiek kitiems svečiams.

• Rezervuojant būsite paprašyti pateikti kortelės duomenis. Nesijaudinkite, jeigu atvyksite nurodytu laiku, pinigai nebus nuskaičiuojami. Neatvykimo atveju nuskaičiuojamas mokestis - 20 EUR/asm.


•  Rezervaciją galite atšaukti likus 24 valandoms iki atvykimo, tokiu atveju, neatvykimo mokestis nėra taikomas.


• Jeigu veluojate, rezervacija laikoma 20 minučių. Vėlavimo atveju, maloniai prašome, informuokite, kartais į tai galime pažiūrėti lanksčiau.


• Paskutinė rezervacija - 21:00, virtuvė dirba iki 21:30, restoranas – iki 22:00.


• Jeigu planuojate atsinešti tortą, prašysime pateikti kokybės sertifikatą, kitu atveju tortas negalės būti patiektas. Torto pateikimo mokestis – 25 EUR (iki 10 asm.), 2,5 EUR už kiekvieną papildomą asmenį.


• Jeigu atvykstate su vaikais ir išleidžiate 30 EUR arba daugiau - vaikui duodamas 30 kreditų kuponas, kurį galite panaudoti tą pačią dieną žaidimų erdvėje. Žaidimų erdvės darbo laiką rasite www.aerottoria.lt arba Aerottoria socialiniuose tinkluose.


• Tam, kad visi jaustųsi saugiai ir patogiai, vaikų saugumu rūpinasi jų tėvai arba globėjai.


• Esame draugiški gyvūnams.


• Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad kartais šalia esančioje AeroCity renginių erdvėje gali vykti renginiai. Triukšmo mes reguliuoti negalime, todėl iš anksto atsiprašome už galimus nepatogumus.

It’s important to us that your visit is smooth and enjoyable, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with our reservation rules, which will help ensure the best experience for you and other guests.

• When making a reservation, you will be asked to provide card details. Don’t worry – if you arrive at the scheduled time, no charges will applied. In case of no-show, a fee of 20 EUR per person will be charged.
• You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival without any no-show fees.
• If you are running late, your reservation will be held for 20 minutes. In case of a delay, please kindly inform us – we may be flexible depending on the situation.
• Last reservation is at 21:00, the kitchen operates until 21:30, and the restaurant closes at 22:00.
• If you plan to bring a cake, we kindly ask you to provide a quality certificate; otherwise, the cake cannot be served. Cake serving fee – 25 EUR (for up to 10 people), 2.5 EUR for each additional person.
• If you are arriving with children and spend 30 EUR or more, your child will receive a 30-credit coupon, which can be used the same day in the play area. The play area’s operating hours can be found at www.aerottoria.lt or on Aerottoria’s social media.
• For everyone’s safety and comfort, the children’s safety is the responsibility of their parents or guardians.• We are pet-friendly.

• Please note that events may occasionally take place in the adjacent AeroCity event space. Noise levels are beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
