CANCELLATIONS
If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, simply use the cancellation button you will find in both the confirmation and reminder emails or call us at 01409 678018.
DELAYS
Don't worry if you are running late! We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time.
For delays exceeding 15 minutes, please notify us in advance by calling 01409 678018. Otherwise, the reservation will not be guaranteed.
Special requests: We will do our best to accommodate your special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating preferences. Please indicate your requests when making the reservation.
Groups: For groups of 10 or more people, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable space.
