What lovely fish and chips! we visited twice but I found the gluten free batter quite disappointing, it was hard and quite thick and I left most of it. I did ask on the second night to have my haddock without batter but I was told it wasn’t possible. The chips were wonderful as was the fish itself.

Very busy with is good. Slight delay in being served. The rest was absolutely fine.

Easily booked a table on tableo, no fuss on arrival directed straight to our table. Service was wonderful and the fish and chips were excellent - lovely batter! Great chippy.......

Fish was good. Batter a little sparing. Chips were dry and tasteless. Not like we had last time when it was excellent

We regularly visit Knights and have always been thrilled with the food quality. On this occasion the fish was soft, fresh and delicious but the chips were very dry and disappointing.

The experience at Kinight's itself was, as ever, great. Service and food were spot on. Unfortunately, the Tableo system failed to allocate a booking for our table of 9, although I had received confirmation from them on the day that our booking was secure. The Knight's team did a great job of accomodating us, although unfortunately, our group had to be split over two tables. This won't stopping us going back again, though.

Will definitely be booking again !

All good apart from the cheap tasting Jack Rabbit wine. Really for an award winning restaurant, there should be a better quality wine on offer.
