Booking Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is successfully made.
Arrival Time
- Please arrive on time for your booking. We kindly ask for prompt arrival to ensure smooth service.
- Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time unless prior notice is given.
Group Bookings
- For bookings of 6 or more, a deposit may be required.
- Group bookings may be subject to a set menu or minimum spend during busy periods.
Cancellations & Amendments
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.
- Cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in loss of deposit (if applicable).
Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking or upon arrival.
- We do our best to accommodate all requests, but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Special Requests
- We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., seating preferences), but they cannot be guaranteed.
Public Holidays & Peak Times
- Certain offers, including the Midweek Special, are not valid on public holidays or during special events.
Right of Refusal
- Bengal Brasserie reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking in the event of inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.
