TERMS & CONDITIONS – RESERVATION SYSTEM (TABLEO) – GRAND APPÉTIT

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By making a reservation at Grand Appétit via Tableo, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made online via Tableo.
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.
If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your reservation.
Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but reservations are strongly recommended.

3. ARRIVAL & SEATING POLICY

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation.
We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. After this time, we may release your table if no prior notice is given.
Seating preferences will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

4. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Modifications to your reservation can be made via Tableo or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, Grand Appétit reserves the right to charge a fee.

5. GROUP RESERVATIONS

For groups of 6 or more, a deposit may be required.
Group reservations are subject to specific menu options and pre-order requirements.

6. SPECIAL REQUESTS & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

We strive to accommodate dietary needs and special requests.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. EVENTS & PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Private events and special bookings are available upon request.
A deposit and minimum spend may apply.

8. PAYMENT POLICY

Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
Some reservations may require a prepayment or deposit.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Grand Appétit shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
